Hyemi Park studied biology at Kyung Hee University in South Korea and has several years of experience in clinical research in the artificial intelligence medical diagnostics industry. She is currently the clinical project manager at Lunit, where she is responsible for generating clinical evidence for AI software for breast mammography and tomosynthesis. Prior to joining Lunit, she performed clinical validation of malaria AI diagnostic devices in Malawi, Ethiopia, and Ghana.

Hyemi Park participated in the Korea WEST Exchange program in 2018. During the program she took English language classes, engaged in cultural activities in Santa Monica, California, and had an internship in San Francisco. During her internship, she was responsible for the marketing and sales of microfluidics equipment at Fluxion Bioscience.
